Resources & Services

ASL provides the support to make your time on campus as stress-free as possible.

For academic support, please check out our Academic Success program, otherwise known as the Student Learning and Testing Enrichment Center, or SLATE. Students who want help bolstering their writing skills should contact the Writing Center for help on everything from grammar basics to tricky memo organization and argument clarity.

Career Services is ready to help when it comes to all things internship, externship, and job-related. The Business Office handles student account issues, tax forms, parking, and other practical on-campus matters.

If you're having technology problems, please see Information Services for help.

Community Service

ASL will fuel your commitment to making a difference in the world. Through our community-service requirement of 25 hours per semester, you’ll volunteer at places like:

  • Animal shelters
  • Carnivals for disadvantaged children
  • Free medical clinics
  • Recycling centers
  • Retirement homes
