Chapters are presently established in Washington, D.C.; Maryland; Northern Virginia; Charleston, W.Va.; Columbia, S.C.; Southwest Virginia; Wilmington, N.C.; Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Tri-Cities, Tenn.; Roanoke/Lynchburg, Va.; and Eastern/Central Kentucky.
