Students studying in the ASL Library

How do I get one-on-one help with Library research?

Question

Reference Consultation

If you would like one-on-one consultation with a librarian about a research project or seminar paper, set up an appointment with one of our librarians. Send an e-mail to Chris King, and provide the times and dates you would be available to meet, and some details about the project you're working on. You can even sign up for an appointment via TWEN! We'll respond to you and tell you what works with our schedule, and then give you specific help for your research.

If you just have a quick question, you may find our Electronic Reference service to provide a quicker response without setting up an appointment.

Please note that this service is available ONLY to ASL faculty, staff, and students. We will not respond to any requests from outside the ASL community. This service does not provide legal advice, but offers research strategies.
