Attorneys Jeffrey Summers and John Rasmussen will be hosting a four-hour live CLE at ASL on October 19th from 1 pm to 5 pm in the Trial Courtroom. Topics covered during the CLE will include pleading neglience, stacking UM/UIM insurance coverage, federal jurisdiction, preservation of error during trial, and appeals in the state and federal systems.
