US Attorney Tim Heaphy will be visiting ASL's campus on January 16th. Mr. Heaphy's bio can be found here: : http://www.justice.gov/usao/vaw/meetattorney.html . While his background is primarily in criminal defense, he also has experience in civil litigation of commercial matters and has taught a course in Constitutional Law at UVA Law School. Mr. Heaphy will be speaking to Professor Stewart Harris' First Amendment course at 9:00 am. He will speak to Professor Stewart Harris' Constitutional Law course at 11:00 am. At 12:15, a reception with light finger foods will be held in the Lion's Lounge. Faculty, staff, and students are invited to attend to meet and speak briefly with Mr. Heaphy.
