Professor Howard received his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. After law school, Professor Howard worked for the internationally regarded firm of Kirkpatrick & Lockhart, LLP, in Pittsburgh. He practiced for 11 years before forming and becoming a partner of Howard & Hosay Law Group, P.C. Since then, he continued practicing law and teaching the Pre-Bar Preparation Program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He also serves as director of ASL's externship program.
