Edward J. Kelly is university counsel for East Tennessee State University and the Quillen College of Medicine. He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law and served as assistant counsel to the New York State Commission of Correction and as an assistant attorney general for the state of New York. He has served on the editorial board of the Journal of College and University Law and the National Employment Law Committee of the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2004, Kelly served as a Fulbright scholar, teaching law and alternative dispute resolution in Ukraine and Belarus. This summer, Kelly taught alternative dispute resolution in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
