Appalachian
Journal of Law
The Appalachian Journal of Law
is a student-edited law review, published annually. In accordance
with the mission of the Appalachian School of Law, the Appalachian
Journal of Law provides a forum for issues that shape the
lives of the people and communities of Appalachia. The Journal
includes issues concerning the use of alternative methods
of dispute resolution and community service, and will function
as a medium for discussion to provide accurate and practical
information for legal practitioners, the judiciary, community
leaders, students, and educators. Although the Journal focuses
on the Appalachian region, the usefulness of the publication
will not be limited by geographical boundaries.
