A Farewell Celebration will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at ASL. A buffet dinner will be served beginning at 7:00 p.m. Please do NOT arrive before 6:30 p.m. as the gates will be locked until that time. Various student awards will be announced following the dinner. After dinner and the awards presentations, the celebration will continue with a live band and dancing in the courtyard. The attire for this celebration is coat and tie/cocktail dress. Students will be given 2 tickets free of charge. Additional tickets can be purchased for $30.00 each if paid on or before April 07, 2017. If tickets are purchased after April 07th the price will be $40.00. Beer and Wine will be available for an additional $10 per person. Children 5 and under will be admitted free of charge. You can reserve a table in the courtyard for a fee of $500.00, of which $260 will be considered a tax-deductible donation to ASL. This fee will include 8 tickets to the event. Otherwise tables will be available on a first come first serve basis. Tickets will be distributed commencing March 1st in the Associate Dean’s Office. You MUST RSVP (or purchase tickets) in person no later than 4:30 p.m. on April 21stto be issued tickets for this event. ALL Guests for this event must have a ticket to enter. NO EXCEPTIONS! We must adhere to this rule to be in compliance with the ABC Regulations. Tickets are transferable, but cannot be sold—complimentary tickets will be marked as complimentary. If you do not need all of your tickets, then you can give them to another student who needs additional tickets. However, free tickets cannot be sold. Anyone who violates this rule and sells (or attempts to sell) tickets to this event will be subject to a disciplinary action pursuant to the Code of Academic Conduct. All guests who intend to consume alcoholic beverages must present a valid I.D. upon entering the premises.
