Course Taught: Entrepreneur Law

A native of Grundy, Professor McGlothlin is an entrepreneur currently based in Richmond, Virginia. He previously practiced law, concentrating on corporate, securities, and general business law matters, including entity formation, structuring and drafting governance documents, drafting private placement memoranda for Rule 506 private offerings, drafting offering statements for Regulation A Tier 2 offerings (mini-initial public offerings), and advising and providing assistance to clients required to comply with the ongoing reporting requirements of both the ’34 Act and Regulation A under the ’33 Act.  He was formerly a clerk for Justice McClanahan of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
