RESOLVED,

that the faculty of the Harvard Law School extends its deepest sympathy to the faculty and community of the Appalachian School of Law for the tragic loss of Dean Sutin, Professor Blackwell, and Ms. Dales on January 16 and particularly to the families of those murder victims.
