Professor Mark “Buzz” Belleville
Director of the Natural Resource Law Center, is Chair of the Curriculum Commitee and teaches Sustainable Energy law and is faculty advisor to the Natural Resources Law Journal, Environmental Law Society and Energy and Mineral Law Society. He is an active member in the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation and his academic scholarship focuses on renewable energy and climate change.
Assistant Professor Mason Heidt
teaches Coal Law and Appellate Advocacy Natural Resources. Professor Heidt received his B.S. from Emory and Henry College in Emory, VA and his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law. Professor Heidt has also received a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia.
