ASL Fields Two Softball Teams in Invitational Tourney

Grundy, VA (April 18, 2017) — The Appalachian School of Law fielded two softball teams in the UVA Softball Invitational held in Charlottesville, Va., earlier this month. The ASL Miners made it all the way to the Elite Eight before losing in a walk-off to UVA 12-11. Along the way, however, they posted wins over teams from Harvard, Yale, Syracuse and George Washington. The ASL Law Dawgs captured a win over Columbia.
