The Appalachian School of Law has been fully approved by the American Bar Association.
The State Council of Higher Education for Virginia has approved the Appalachian School of Law to confer the J.D. degree.
The Appalachian School of Law admits students without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
