Appalachian School of Law is proud to welcome Grant Larsen to the incoming Class of 2029.
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Grant recently graduated from Western Kentucky University with degrees in Professional Legal Studies and Psychology. As he considered where to pursue his legal education, he found himself drawn to the personal, community-centered approach that defines ASL.
“I chose ASL because I learn best in a smaller, more personal environment where I can really get to know my classmates and professors,” Grant shared.
For Grant, the opportunity to actively engage in the classroom and build meaningful relationships was an important factor in his decision.
“Having smaller class sizes makes it easier to ask questions, participate in discussions, and build genuine connections with the people around me,” he said.
His background in both legal studies and psychology provides a strong foundation for understanding not only the law itself, but also the people and communities it serves. We are excited to welcome Grant to the Appalachian School of Law family and look forward to seeing the connections and experiences that shape his journey over the next three years.
