Our Students Gain Real-World Legal Experience Long Before Graduation.
Appalachian School of Law is proud to see third-year law student, Jeffery Watkins, recognized in a recent U.S. Attorney’s Office press release for the Southern District of West Virginia. Jeffery served as a third-year law intern with the office, working alongside federal prosecutors and contributing to the important work of the United States Attorney’s Office.
Experiential learning opportunities like this help prepare our students for successful legal careers by providing meaningful, hands-on experience in the practice of law.
