Meet Delaney Vassar: ASL Class of 2029

Appalachian School of Law is proud to welcome Delaney Vassar to the incoming Class of 2029.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Delaney recently graduated from North Park University with double majors in Philosophy and Criminal Justice. As she searched for the right place to pursue her legal education, she found herself drawn to the unique combination of community and natural beauty that defines Appalachian School of Law.

“I chose ASL because of the community feel and outstanding nature around campus,” Delaney shared. “Coming from a big city, I can’t wait to live, grow community, and learn in this beautiful area.”

For Delaney, attending ASL is an opportunity to experience a different way of life while becoming part of a close-knit community that values connection, collaboration, and service. From the streets of Chicago to the mountains of Southwest Virginia, she is excited to begin this next chapter.

We are thrilled to welcome Delaney to the Appalachian School of Law family and look forward to seeing all she will accomplish as a member of the Class of 2029.
