Hassani Law Firm recognized for excellence in immigration law based on verified client reviews
Appalachian School of Law is proud to celebrate the accomplishments of alumna Ellie Hassani, Esq. (Class of December 2022), whose practice, Hassani Law Firm, has been recognized as the Best Immigration Attorney in West Virginia for 2026.
The award was presented through the BusinessRate BEST of 2025 Awards, which evaluate businesses based on verified customer feedback and data from Google Reviews. The recognition highlights firms that demonstrate outstanding client satisfaction, reputation, and service within their communities.
Hassani Law Firm focuses primarily on U.S. immigration law, representing individuals, families, and businesses across a broad range of immigration matters. The firm handles employment-based immigration, family-based petitions, waivers, and removal defense, serving clients from many different countries while guiding them through the complex U.S. immigration system.
For Hassani, the work is deeply personal.
“As an immigrant myself, practicing immigration law is deeply personal,” Hassani said. “My goal has always been to help individuals and families navigate the complex immigration system and pursue opportunities in the United States.”
She credits Appalachian School of Law with helping prepare her for the work she does today.
“The education and training I received at ASL, along with the continued support after graduation, played an important role in preparing me for this work, and I am very proud to be an ASL graduate.”
